I MEMORANDUM The Seacoast Anti-Pollution League's Motion for Expedited Review of LBP-88-32 in Regard to ALAB-905 Issue was denied on February 28, 1989 in its entirety.
This perforce means that the brief accompanying that motion has not been accepted.
Accordingly, SAPL will have to include its argument based upon ALAB-905 in its brief, due on March 24, 1989, covering the full range of issues it wishes to present on the appeal from LBP-88-32.
Mr. Moore does not believe that this clarification is necessary and, therefore, does not join in this memorandum.
