This request has been reviewed by the Station 1Arlear Safety and Operathy Comittee and the Safety Evaluation ard Control staff to determine whether an unreviewed safety question (10 CFR 50.59) or a significant hazards consideration (10 CPR 57.92) exists.
The br,es for our determinations are contained in Attachment 2.
Because this charge supercedes our proposed change dated September 25, 1987, for ihich an Application Fee was subnitted, M additional Application Fee is requind.
