In response to your request for identification of any restart NSRS recommendations that are not listed as restart items on the Sequoyah Activities List (SAL), please be advised that all NSRS recommendations with incomplete restart corrective action are included in the SAL.
Additionally, enclosure 1 contains the Sequoyah NSRS k orts covering both the restart (SQN-NSRS-1 and SQN-NSRS-2) and nonrestart (SQR-NSRS-3) NSRS recommendations.
The Sequoyah Restart Reports contain the information you requested in the reference. As indicated by the report cover sheets, these

reports have completed final review by the Senior Review Panel and the Employee Concern Task Group management.
