This is regard to the pre-licensing meeting between Mr. Fred Frongillo, Jr.,
of your. staff and the undersigned on October 1, 1987. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss your application for.a byproduct material license for use of sealed sources in industrial radiography. Our written response to your application dated October 1,.1987, was left with Mr. Frongillo and requests further'information in regard to your application.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and'has.provided for a better understanding of your application and your commitment and ability to abide by requirements of NRC regulations and license conditions. 'In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
