The attached correspondence is in response to the request for additional information concerning physical security plan changes in the NRC letter of' August 7, 1987.
The attached responses offer definitive answers to resolve all comments for additional information except for Comments 3, 15, and 16.
These three comments are under further study to resolve the Security Plan commitments, miscellaneous amendmentn, requirements, and alternative methods to ensure the security of the plant.
