Dear Mr. Matthews:
By letter dated January 23, 1989, the. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Remedial Action Plan (y of Modification No. I to the final Riverton, WYRAP) and three received a revised cop concurrence with Modification No. 1.
The NRC reviewed the revised copy of Modification No. 1 and found that the revisions telefaxed to the NRC, upon which our November 3,1988 concurrence was based, had been incorporated. This review also resulted in additional comments which were adequately responded to in your February 20, 1989 revised copy of Modification No.1. Therefore, the NRC has signed the three original signature pages and has forwarded them, as requested, to the State of Wyoming.
