Enclosed is a request from Ger.eral Electric Company for an amendment to export license XSNM01227 to add Empresa Nacional del Uranio S.A. (ENUSA), Juzbado, Salamanca, Spain as an intermediate consignee for the fabrication of fuel for
, ultimate use in the Leibstadt Nuclear Power Plant in Switzerland.
Before we can act on this request, a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.- Your arsistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
Also please note that the licensee has been authorized to ship 23,336.0 kilograms of Australian origin material to Switzerland via Italy, We will now need Australian authority for this material to be shipped to Switzerland via Spain.
