9 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.71, Georgia Power Company hereby submits one signed original and ten copies each of the annual amendments to the Final Safety Analysis Reports (FSARs) and the Fire Hazards Analysis and Fire Protection Program (FHA) for Plant Hatch Units 1 and 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e)(2)(i), Mr. James P.
O'Reilly states that he is Senior Vice President of Georgia Power Company and is authorized to execute this oath on behalf of Georgia Power Company, and that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the information contained in each of the enclosed FSAR and FHA amendments " accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal, necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission Requirement."
