Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.1, Georgia Power Company hereby submits a summary technical report entitled "1988 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test" for the "as left" integrated leak rate test which was conducted at Plant Hatch Unit 1 during'the Fall 1988 maintenance / refueling outage.

Included in the report is information on the reactor containment building "as found" condition, as requested in NRC I&E Notice 85-71,

" Containment Integrated Leak Rate Tests", issued on August 22, 1985.

Five copies of the report are enclosed for your convenience.
