- 1) Individual pieces of graphite may not weigh more than 200 kilograms; 2)
Individual shipments may not exceed 3,000 kilograms;
- 3) No more than 30 metric tonnes per year may be exported to any one recipient country except to the Netherlands for storage at Poco Graphite Company's warehouse prior to onward distribution to ultimate consignees in the countries listed above.
