The purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Government by

$136,431.00, from $258,845.00 to $122,414.00. Accordingly, the contract is modified'as follow Paragraph G.2.1, Consideration, paragraphs A and B are revised as follows:

The total ceiling amount of this cost-plus-fixed-fee task order contract is $122,414.00.

B.

The total funds currently available for issuance of individual task orders under this contract are $122,414.00."
