Miraglia offered Alabama Power Company the opportunity to participate in a pilot program to test the Commission Policy Statement on Technical Specifications Improvements. We have evaluated this offer and appreciate being considered for participation; however, we must decline due to the present workload of our staff and some duplication of the WOG generic effort in this area.
