I am anelosing as AEC press release (a copy of which you probably have already received), am October 5 letter from Yarmont Yankee Noelear Power Corporation, and an October 10 staff modification (No. 97) os this problem.
I am also enclosing an AEC Regulatory Licensing Staff Safety Evaluation Esport on this matter, dated October 26, 1973, and action determination.
