3.
Section C.I.3 of the contract is hereby modified to incorporate Task 4 as specified below:
Task 4 - Monitoring of Operating Examinations Work under this task will consist of the Contractor's Program' Manager observing the administration of operating examinations. The Contractor's Program Manager will annually observe the administration of one operating examination by each examiner.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
