In accordance with 10 CFR 50. 54 (q) and 10 CFR 50. 4 (b) (5), Con Edison submits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to Book 1 and Book 2 of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These changes do not reduce %e effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Emergency Plan as a whole continues to meet the standard of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
As recommended in Generic Letter 81-27 entitled " Privacy and Proprietary Material in Emergency Plans,"
the following pages, as marked, are designated as Proprietary:
