The purpose of this modification is to raise the contract Ceiling, provide incremental funding, revise the estimated reimbursable cost, increase the award fee available and add a new FIN No. D-2103.

Article 3.1, Estimated Cost and Award Fee paragraphs 1,
2 and 4 of Section 3.0 are hereby deleted in their entirety and the following revised paragraphs 1,
2 and 4 are substituted in lieu thereof:
1.
The estimated cost to the Government for all allowable costs and award fee shall not exceed $8,237,937.98 for performance of this contract.
NOTE:
This increases the ceiling of $8,109,937.98 established in Modification No. 33 by $128,000.00 from
$8,109,937.99 to $8,237,937.98.
II. The contractor shall be reimbursed for all allowable costs incurred, and accepted by the Contracting Officer, not to exceed the estimated amount of $7,510,433.54.
This amount is inclusive of the following:
a.
Task Order No. 19, Modification No. 1 definitized reimbursable costs only of $253,823.00 and Modification No. 2 reimbursable cost only of $25,000.00 - totalling B
$278,823.00.
b.
Task Order No. 24, Modification No. 1 definitized reimbursable costs only of $46,408.00.
c.
Task Order No. 25 definitized reimbursable costs only of $80,811.00 and Modification No.
1 reimbursable costs only of $25,455.00 - totalling $106,266.00.
d.
Correction in estimated cost ceiling to incorporate adjustment in unabligated costs of $40,451.43 for Task Order No. 21 (reference Modification No. 32).
Incremental funds for Task Order No. 21, Modification No. 1 in the amount of $88,000.00 (Reference Mod. No.33).
Incremental funds for Tash Order No. 21, Modification No. 2 in the amount of $21,000.00 and Tash Order No.
21, Modification No. 3 in the amount of $45,000.00, which increases the amount of funds obligated under Task Order No. 21 from $533,572.00 by $66,000.00 to
$599,572.00.
III. Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $7,845,501.08 of which $7,204,744.72 represents reimbursable costs and of which $640,756.36 represents available award fee.
For further provisions of funding, see General Provision No. 5.2 entitled, " Limitation of Funds" and Article 5.11 entitled, "locremental Funding".

Total funds available for pa9 ment through Modification No. 33 were $7,717,501.08.
This figure is therefore increased by
$128,000.00 to $7,845,501.08.
Likewise, the figure of
'$7,088,289.62 appearing in Modification No. 33 and representing reimbursable costs has been increased by $116,455.00 to $7,204,744.62.
The available award fee of $629,211.46 appearing in Modification No. 33 is increased by $11,545 from $629,211.46 to $640,756.46.
2.
The amount of $83,000.00 in incremental funding is obligated under FIN Number D-2103. This amount is being obligated for performance of work under Task Order No. 19, Modification No. 2 ($25,000.00 for cost and $2,500.00 for fee), Task Order No. 21, Modification No. 2 ($25,000.00 for cost and $2,500.00 for fee) and Task Order No. 25, Modification No. 1
($25,455.00 for cost and $2,545.00 for fee).
The amount of $45,000.00 in incremental funding is obligated under FIN Number B-8011.
This amount is being obligated for performance of work under Task Order No. 21, Modification No. 3 ($41,000.00 for cost and $4,000.00 for fee).
IV. Paragraph 6 of Article 3.1 is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
