NES formally requests renewal of the subject C of C regarding the NES-1 s

package. Please find enclosed a check in the amount of $150.00 to cover the required I.pplication Fee.

All aspects of the NES-1 addressed in the C of C remain unchanged except for a minor. revision to the following procedure:

83A1908, Rev 1, NES-1 Cask Operating and Handling Pro dure On page 9 of the procedure the required tightening torque of 175 to 200 foot pounds was specified.

Please find enclosed ten (10) copies of the revised procedure (Rev-1) for your review.
