1. No uranium produced, manufactured, marketed, or otherwise exported by a l

li parastatal organization of South Africa or Namibia and no uranium ore or I

I oxide produced or manufactured in South Africa or Namibia shall be imported l

into the United States under this license.

Uranium hexafluoride or other i

t forms of uranium are not barred from import, nor is uranium that has been l

substantially transformed in countries other than South Africa or Namibia.

2. The licensee shall obtain all information from the foreign exporter I

necessary to complete the shipper's portion of Form NRC-741, " Nuclear I

Material Transactions Report." If the licensee is the receiver of the l

q material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information on l

t the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR Part 70.

I If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the I

shipper's information to the receiver of the material for inclusion on the I

receiver's Form NRC-741.

3. The licensee shall notify Safeguards personnel for the region covering the i

port of entry, immediately, by telephone or telegram, if entry of any l

import shipment authorized by this license is refused by the U.S. Customs I

g Service.

4. Each time material is imported, the licensee shall show a copy of this l

license to U.S. Customs Service.
