Enclosed is an application from Edlow International Company dated September 21, 1987 requesting an export license for 18,090 kilograms uranium hexafluoride, enriched to 4.0% to be used for fuel for Almaraz Nuclear Reactor Unit No.1 in Madrid, Spain.
A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the tenns and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
