50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - REVISED COMMITMENT FOR NRC OBSERVATION 2.7 FROM REPORT NUMBERS 50-327/86-55 AND 50-328/86-55

Reference:

TVA letter to NRC dated April 22, 1987, "Sequoyah Nuclear Plant -

NRC Inspection and Enforcement Report Numbers 50-327/86-55 and 50-328/86-55" In the reference, TVA committed to correct a number of errors and discrepancies on Sequoyah Waste Disposal System drawings (47W560 series) when the Configuration Control Drawings are generated.

This commitment was made in the response to NRC Observation 2.7 - Drawing Control.

TVA indicated that the drawings were scheduled to be completed by October 1, 1987, which was a postrestart date when the response was transmitted.

Because of the need for TVA resources to be used in addressing restart issues and the extent of effort involved in preparing these drawings, this commitment l

completion date should be revised to April 1, 1988.

If you have any questions concerning this issue, please telephone Beth L. Hall at (615) 870-7459.

Very truly yours, TENNE.SEE V LLEY AUTHORITY
