Dear Sir:
This letter conveys our response to Mr. J. E. Gagliardo's letter of September 1, 1987, addressing the Notice Of Violation imposed as the result of NRC Inspection Report Number 50-267/87-11.
Our response to this Notice of Violation is enclosed as enclosure 1 to this letter. The material in enclosure 1 contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, this material, with the exception of this letter should not be placed in the Public Documents Room.
