Dear Mr. Calvo:
This provides a revised submittal date for Public Service Company of Colcrado's (PSC) response to the request for additional information in Reference 1.
This information was requested to support the NRC's review of a proposed change to Interim Technir 1 Specification 3/4.1.7, Reactivity Change with Temperature, submitted in Reference 2.
PSC will submit a response to the NRC'r m est by November 6, 1987.
This delay from the requested date September 18, 1987 is necessitated by the demands of the current Fort St. Vrain (FSV) restart effort. The resultant delay in resolving the concerns with this Technical Specification is acceptable to PSC, since the current requirements are not a constraint to FSV operation.
