On December 29, 1988 the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the results and conclusions of its November 14 - 18, 1988 Regulatory Effectiveness Review (RER) for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 (Log Number 2769). Toledo Edison has reviewed the RER report and provides its response to j
the specific concerns cited in Attachment I.
Attachment II provides a summary of Toledo Edison's current status of corrective actions for the identified items.
Attachment I contains Safeguards Information and pursuant to 10CFR73.71 is to be withheld from public disclosure.
