RESPONSE IN SUPPORT OF JOINT SUPPLEMENT TO MOTIONS FOR STAY OF PARTIAL INITIAL DECIS10N
.By order of July 1, 1987, the Commission granted a motion by the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, Town of Hampton, and Attorney General James M.
Shannon, for leave to file a Joint Supplement to l
their motions for a stay of the Licensing Board's Partial Initial Decision authorizing low power operation of the Seabrook nuclear power plant.
The Commission also granted the parties leave to respond to the Joint Supplement.
The New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution ("NECNP") has also petitioned the Commission for a stay of low power operation.
NECNP hereby notifies the Commission that it supports and adopts the arguments contained in the Joint Supplement.
