SUBJECT:
LICENSING ACTION REVIEW FOR PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE TO LPCI SUBSYSTEM SURVEILLANCE (TAC NO. 65787) 1 Region I has completed the Licensing Action Review for a proposed change to Appendix A, Technical Specifications (TS), of Facility Operating License No.
DPR-35 for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, which was submitted to NRR by licensee letter BECO 87-109 dated July 8,1987.
Based on this evaluation, as documented in the enclosed Safety Evaluation and SALP Input, the proposed change was found acceptable. includes the revised page of the Technical Specifications which is affected by this review.
This action completes work performed by Region I under TAC 65787.
The principal reviewer was M. G. Evans of the Division of Reactor Safety.
