Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
In the referenced letter,.your office was informed that certain updated vendor technical information had not been received from' five vendors which supply safety-related components to Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS).
This letter is to inform you that vendor technical information has been received from three of the five vendors.
Additionally, verbal commitments have been received from the remaining two vendors to expedite the required

vendor technical information. The District estimates that all required vendor.
technical information will be received by December 1987.
