4 I received a telephone call from Precision H6at Treating (PHT) today requesting a 30 day extension in responding to report No. 99901096/87-01 dated September 11, 1987.
The QA manager indicated he received the report September 22, 1987 and he will need time to con ult with the Vice President of PHT before responding. The Vice President is out of town on assignment until the end of this month.
