Specifications / Work Statement is modified to include the additional tasks 1.through 5, identified in the attached Statteent et WeCh EeC eddLitenal Innks. ,
' 2. Section B.1 Consideration and Dbligation is revised by increasing the-total ceiling amount of the contract by
$43,785.00 from $41,947.00 to $85,732.00. Of the total ceiling amount.$33,930.00 represents the Fixed Price for performance of the basic contract effort,
$5,425.00 represents the ceiling f or perf ormance .of Additional. Support, as required, per Section C, Task number 8 of the contract, _ $2,592.OO represents the ceiling for Travel associated with performance of Task number 8 and $43,785.00 represents the cost ceiling for performance of additional tasks i through 5 (added to the contract under this Modification No. 3), of which $40,170.00 represents total estimated. reimbursable cost and $3,615.00 represents the fixed fee.
- 3. Section B.1, Consideration and Obligation is revised by changing the'present " Final Report", due on June 22, 1987 to a " Final Regulatory (Value Impact) Analysis Report".
In addition, the following deliverables and their due dates are added:
