IMPENDING SLIP OF SCHEDULE, RANCHO SEC0 RESTART SER Based on recent discussions with the principal reviewers, it appears that most reviewers will not meet the July 7, 1987 date for input to the Rancho Restart SER. As you recall, F. Miraglia, in his memo of June 12, 1987 to R. Starostecki, requested SER input by July 7,1987.

In particular, the SICB input, which constitutes about 40% of the SER, will probably be about a month late. Since issuing the SER without this input would not achieve the objectives agreed upon in our June 4 meeting with Dr. Murley, we will have to delay the SER issuance until September.
