ilmit state and local participation in emergency planing.
J As a resident of Massachusetts, I am deeply concerned about i
the health and safety of my family and others in the event of an accident at Seabrook. Governor Dukakis and all six towns in the the Massachusetts Emergency Planning Zone have already rejected the 4
Scabrook plans as unworkable. I stand behind their decision.
i Please honor their decision and do not approve this rule change.
