The inspection was an examination of *he activities t.onducted under your license as they s e:ste to radiat son safety and to complianco with the Nuclear Hegul2 tory Commissions (NRC) rules and regulations end ahe conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representat've r records, htervie,ws, with personnel, and observations by the irspector. The findings as a result of this impection are as f ollows:
