i Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C.
SSL2, as amended, the Government Accountability Project (GAP) i l
requescs copies of any and all agency records and information, I
including but not limited to notes, letters, memoranda, logs, tapes, transcripts, summaries, interview reports, instructions, agency analyses, files, charts, photographs, agreements, handwritten notes, studies, data sheets, notebooks, books, telephone messages, any other data compilations, interim and/or final reports, status reports, inspections,.and investigations relevant to and/or generated in connection with:

NRC's investigation (s) of substandard and/or inferior j
quality bolts and/or fasteners at the South Texas Nuclear Project (STNP);
i (2) any and all vendors approved to provide bolts and/or fasteners to the STNP; I
(3) any and all deviations from bolt and/or fastener standards set forth by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), ASTM, and/or ANSI which have occurred at the STNP; (4)
Cardinal Industrial Products Corporation; (5)
NRC's investigation (s) of the traceability of bolts and/or fasteners used at the STNP; (6) any and all NRC inspections at STNP pertaining to bolts and/or fasteners.
l This request includes all records ae defined by 10 C.P.R.

$9.34, and all records responsive to this request that have ever been within the NRC's custody or control.
This includes records or information in " working", investigative, retired or other files at any NRC location.
