SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA' AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION 4
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 5th day of June,1986 by and.
between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter referred to as the " Government"),
i as represented by the UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (hereinafter referred to as the " Commission"), and the UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA (hereinafter 1
referred to as the " Contractor"),-
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC-04-82-006-01 'as herein-af ter provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, including l
the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Appendix A, Article A-II " WAYS AND MEANS OF PERFORMANCE," is deleted in l
its entirety and the revised Appendix A, Article.A-II " WAYS AND MEANS OF 1
PERFORMANCE," attached to this supplemental agreement and made a part hereof, is substituted in licu thereof.

In Article II - Period of Performance, the date Tuly 31,1987 " is sub-stituted for the date " June 30, 1987."

All other terms and conditions of this contract including the total 1
amount of this contract ( $169,616.00) remain unchanged.
