The Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant submitted a revised Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (Reference.4) in accordance with 10 CFR 70.22 and 74.31.
Reference 5 listed several questions regarding that submittal and this letter is written to address your questions and concerns.
We have listed each question from Reference 5 along with the appropriate response in Attachment I.
We hope this will assist you in your review of our revised FNMC Plan.
We are resubmitting the 10 CFR 74 Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan in its entirety to maintain the continuity of the documentation.
This document therefore supersedes the Reference 4 submittal completely.
We have kept the revision level at zero but have changed the date on each page (excluding the Annex) to reflect this cover letter, August 14, 1987.
