D_ocket Nos. 50-443, 50-444 Off-Site Emergency Planning -OC
Dear Administrative Judges:
On June 4, 1987, in accordance with the schedule established by the Board, FEMA filed its position on the off-site emergency planning contentions as part of its response to the Second Set of Interrogatories submitted by the Attorney General of Massachusetts, SAPL and the Town of Hampton.
On reviewing its filing, FEMA has since discovered that it inadvertently failed to include its position on South Hampton Contention 8 and NECNP Contention N H LP-4 in Appendix A, Current FEMA Position on Admitted Contentions on New Hampshire Plans for Seabrook. Pursuant to a request by FEMA counsel, the NRC Staff submits the enclosed amendment to Appendix A to the Board and parties.
Yours truly, 1
Elaine 1. Chan Counsel for NRC Staff
