Thank you for your June 10, 1987 letter concerning two pending motions before the Commission regarding the South Texas Nuclear Project (STNP).
The Government Accountability Project's request for an
-independent. task force to review STNP allegations and the intervenor's motion to reopen the record of the STNP licensing hearings are currently under Commission consideration.
The Commission intends to render decisions on both in the near future.
