The purpose of ' this letter is simply to infonn you of a recent j transposition of personnel holding the positions of " physicist-in- !
charge" and " associate physicist-in-charge" of General Atomics' TRIGA Reactors facility. Prior to February 1,1989, Dr. William Whittenore was the physicist-in-charge and Dr. Junaid Razvi was the associate i physicist-in-charge. Effective February 1,1989, their roles were j reversed with Dr. Razvi then becoming the physicist-in-charge and Dr.
Whittemore the associate physicist-in-charge. Dr. Razvi does, of !
