Dear Mr. Murley:
In the above referenced letter Commonwealth Edison provided you with information regarding our schedule for completion of remaining Appendix R modifications. This letter provides an update of the status of these items.
Emergency lighting (which was originally scheduled for completion by June 30, 1987) is now scheduled for completion by July 15, 1987.
Although the installation of this system has been completed, we are still'in j
the process of testing and turning over approximately 15 emergency lighting packs which require minor changes for enhanced operability. Additionally, training (which was also scheduled for completion on June 30, 1987) is now scheduled for completion by July 31, 1987. As of this time, 3 out of 5 i
SRO's have been trained. These SRO's in turn are Responsible for training the individuals on their work crews on the safe' shutdown procedures. The remaining 2 SRO's and their respective crews will be trained by the July 31 i
date.
