50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE 87-33, AMENDMENT TO TABLE 3.6-1 0F LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.6.1.2, " CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS, CONTAINMENT LEAKAGE" In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications of SQN units 1 and 2.
The proposed amendment would change table 3.6-1 of Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.6.1.2, " Containment Systems, Containment Leakage." Specifically, the amendment proposes a definition of BYPASS LEAKAGE PATHS TO THE AUXILIARY BUILDING be added to the technical specifications, and table 3.6-1 is amended to reflect current plant configuration as evaluated using the proposed definition.
The proposed technical specification change is identified in enclosure 1.
The justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in enclosure 2.
A proposed detetuination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by
