Note: This increases the ceiling of $7,558,295.21 established in 4

Modification No. 28 by $463,642.77. Of this amount, $419,146.20 is

for work under Task Order No. 19, Modification No. 1; Task Order No. 24, Modification No.1; and Task Order No. 25. The amount of

$44,496.57 represents a correction to the ceiling to incorporate unobligated funds and maximum earnable award fee under Task Order No. 21. The ceiling for Task Order No. 21 is $814,962.00. The l

amount of funds obligated under that task order is $445,572.00.

The contractor shall be reimbursed for all allowable costs incurred, and accepted by the Contracting Officer, not to exceed the estimated amount of $7,300,167.54.

This amount is inclusive of the following:
