ORDER Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. SS 2.730 and 2.772, the Secretary prescribes the following. schedule for any party to file an answer before the Commission in support of or in opposition to " Applicants' Motion for Vacation of Stay", dated September 21, 1987.
Answers, with supporting briefs, from all parties except the NRC staff shall be hand delivered or served by express mail no later than closed of business October 9, 1987.
The staff's answer shall be hand delivered or served by express mail by close of business October 20, 1987.

This schedule partially responds to the " Request of Attorney General James M. Shannon, Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution and Town of Hampton for Briefing Schedule and Hearing on Applicants' Utility Plan", dated September 21, 1987.
Any decision on the need for an oral hearing will be made on consideration g3 R
