, ggg The subject meeting was held at the. request.of URENCO to discuss licensing basis information being developed by URENC0. An outline of their approach is expected by the end of July. A list of meeting attendees is attached.
The licensing basis information is planned to indicate to-the NRC. staff how URENC0 i
will-approach their application, since the governing rule, 10 CFR Part 50 does not provide guidance for uranium enrichment applicants. The staff indicated that it was working on the development of such guidance which may be issued as I
