SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) UNITS 1 AND 2 - FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT (FSAR)
This letter is provided in response to J. A. Domer's letter to NRC dated May 22, 1987, regarding the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) closeout and FSAR updates supplemental response. Because of the deficiencies with the SQN FSAR, we are providing the critical configured drawings to NRC Washington and Region l
II Incident Response Centers. These drawings include flow, logic, control, and single-line drawings for those systems essential to safely operate the l
plant. These drawings will not be updated independently of the annual FSAR update.
Upon issuance of the next SQN FSAR update, these drawings should be discarded. The FSAR will contain the latest revision of the "as-configured" drawings as they become available during the update process. is a list of these drawings and the drawings are provided as enclosure 2.
If you have any questions, please telephone M. R. Harding at (615) 870-6422.
Very truly yours, TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY l
