Onondaga EOC Meeting l
On Friday at 11:00 a.m in the Onondaga EOC, there is a meeting between the Oswego DSS, Emergency Services, Onondaga DSS, DOH, Emergency Servicer REPG and ODP.
One issue that will arise is the PMC staffing assigned to the

Onondaga DOH.
They have clearly stated to ODP and Oswego that they do not have the equipment, staff'or time to handle'the assign -
ment and it is therefore a State responsibility under 0654.
We- (ODP) can accommodate them in the equipment request but not the staffing.
I believe that at this meeting the State DOH will have to C
make a policy decision (as the responsible agency for PMC's) and possibly a commitment of resource.
Will you speak to Bill about having the appropriate DOS representative attend the meeting?
