'RES REQUEST FOR PERIODIC REVIEW 0F LOW PRIORITY' GENERIC' SAFETY ISSUES 1
Reference:
Memorandum from Beckjord to Murley, et al, " Periodic Review of Low Priority Get.eric Safety Issues," dated December 19,'1988, The referenced memorandum contained the following request of NRR, "... before we present our findings to the Commission, we would if ke to solicit your views on the issues on the enclosed list [ list of low priority GSIs] to determine whether you may have any additional information that should be considered by RES."
It was agreed at the NRR-RES interface meeting held January 5,1989, that due to their low safety significance and NRR's work priorities, NRR will not participate in the review and disposal of generic issucs that are prioritized as low.
