Although we are not required by 10 CFR 73.21 to maintain confidentiality, our interest is in common sense

Docket No. 50-116 USNRC July 2, 1987 Page 2 Our position is that information concerning the amount of highly enriched uranium in a licensee's possession should remain confidential even if it is less than a " formula quantity".
Therefore, all parts of DOE /NRC form 742 showing significant quantities of E4 type SNM should be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 9.5(a)(1).
