NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO SAPL AND TOWN OF HAMPTON'S MOTIONS TO ACCEPT PREFILED TESTIMONY PRO TANTO AS,THElR RESPONSES TO DISCOVERY On September 11, 1987, the Seacoast Anti Pollution League (SAPL) and the Town of Hampton filed three motions requesting that certain of their prefiled testimony submitted on that date be accepted pro tanto as their responses to previously filed discovery requests made by the Applicants and the State of New Hampshire.
Inasmuch as the motions relate to discovery matters involving parties other than the NRC Staff, the Staff takes no position with respect thereto.
