Thank you for inviting me to attend the workshop that the Ontario Nuclear Safety Review will conduct in Toronto on September 24-26, 1987. I will be participating in the General Conference of the Internatiomi Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna at that time and, therefore, will be unable to join your meeting. However, at my request, Commissioner Kenneth C. Rogers has agreed to attend in my place.
