This revision makes changes to address 10CFR73.57 and some other organizational changes. Revision'12 was submitted in response to the Miscellaneous Amendments and Search Requirements and is still under review by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. These changes have been issued as Revision 13 and appropriate pages in your copies of our security plan should be replaced with these revised pages. Controlled copy numbers 007 and 009 are enclosed with the Region II copy of this letter.
