If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General. Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, A Quality Assurance Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provision of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid Quality Assurance Pro' gram Approval, you are not authorized to transport or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport under the General Licenses provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.
